Our Story
"I feel incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to own and operate my own business, a dream I've nurtured for years, particularly in the health and wellness industry.
My passion for physical fitness was ignited by the jogging craze of the 70's and further fueled by my first dance aerobics class, which led me to my first job at a ladies' gym in St. Louis in 1986. As I began teaching high and low impact aerobics, aqua aerobics, and step aerobics, I knew I had found my true passion. Although life took me on a different path after a decade of teaching, I was given a second chance by my friend Crystal, who owned the studio, and I'm forever grateful for her for that.

My hope and prayer is that I can inspire others to develop a love for fitness that is as strong as mine. My dream is that Safe Harbor Yoga & Wellness will be a place where people can come together to enjoy community and movement."

Stephanie Teasley
Yoga Teacher

Fitness has been a part of my life since high school, but my real passion for helping others started during my four years in the Air Force. Since then I have trained friends, family and now my focus is on helping busy women, especially moms, stay active, feel confident, and look their best.
From Military life to working construction with my husband, and now being a new young mom I understand how hectic life can get. That is why I love making fitness fun, realistic and empowering. Whether you are a mom a student, or a young athlete - I am here to help you feel strong, energized and proud of your progress.
Fitness is my passion, and I'm here to help you make it a part of your life too.

My name is Chaye and I started my recovery journey in 2020, as well as being introduced to sound baths. It elevated my mind and body in a way that changed my entire life path. I was called to go to The School of Mindfulness in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and became a licensed practitioner. I love seeing people fall in love with the way our bodies resonate with the crystal bowl frequencies.
